It is the customer’s responsibility to verify they are picking up, or ordering the correct product and quantity for their job. We highly recommend customers come to look at the products in person before placing an order. There are always variations in rock, stone, mulch and soil due to season and geography of supply. Products do vary from time to time. When you order a product for delivery there are significant costs involved to get it to your location. Once it is dumped out, there is no way to return it without incurring more costs. We recommend being home to receive your delivery. PHOTO ACCURACY: Photos on our website are taken during ideal conditions and are meant to be a close but not an exact representation of material. It’s difficult to match product through photos or even through texting our team. Please come in person to see what we have in stock and take samples, too. CALCULATING MATERIAL: Our yard calculators are designed to give approximate amounts only. They will help you determine the quantity you need; however, variations in subgrade, compaction of subgrade, or inaccurate measurements, even a quarter of an inch, can make a difference. This is also true when you present project measurements to our team. We will do our best to help estimate how much you might need, but cannot guarantee perfect guesstimates.
