How much is a yard?
1 yard is 27 cu. ft. and will cover an area of 108 sq. ft. 3″ deep.
How much can fit in my pickup?
It depends on the truck and what you are buying.
Sand and soil products are heavy: approx. 1 yard will fit in a standard full-size pickup, and weighs about 2000-2500 lbs.
Lighter materials such as Colored Mulch will usually fill 1.5 – 2 yards in a full-size pickup.
A note about viewing product photos online:
Color can vary widely based on lighting conditions. To avoid order errors, we encourage you to come visit us to pick out the exact rock or mulch you want delivered.
Can you give me a price break or discount?
We price our products as low as possible and give you heaping yards. So you’re already getting the best deal around. 😉
Do you offer landscape services? Will you install the product for me?
Our owners worked as a licensed contractors for years and are knowledgeable in landscape installation and design. However they are currently focused solely on the supply business. We can refer you to some awesome local contractors if you need.
Can you unload product in my backyard?
Our company policy is “curb side only”. However we try to be as accommodating as possible. If we dump materials on a driveway, over the sidewalk or on your property there is a risk of cracking the cement, making ruts in the grass or causing broken pipes. We will not be held liable for any damage done to a landscape or property while unloading materials at owners’ special requests.
Where are you located?
905 South Mill Road, Spanish Fork. Our Supply yard is shaped like a large “L” on the South and East side of Leland Milling Company. It’s best to drive completely through the yard so Jose, our manager, knows you need assistance. He can answer questions, load your vehicle, and take payment on the spot.

From I-15:
Take Exit 253, turn east. Drive 2 miles, turn North/left on Mill Road at the stop light. Follow Mill Road going north- it takes you right to us!
From Main Street in Spanish Fork:
Going south on Main, turn west onto Volunteer Drive (the Wendy’s is on the corner). Turn at the elementary school onto West Park Drive. Follow until you see the large, silver silo of Leland Milling Company. Turn left on Mill Road and come around to the south side of the old mill.
