Delivery FAQs

How soon can you deliver?

Small, local deliveries can often be scheduled within a day or two. Larger orders may require a few days’ notice.

Spring is our busiest season, and Fridays and Saturdays tend to fill up quickly. If you’re hoping for a weekend delivery, we recommend reaching out by Wednesday. Saturday delivery is not available in every city.

When will my delivery arrive?

We typically provide a morning or afternoon delivery window rather than an exact arrival time.

Deliveries generally take place between 8 AM and 6 PM, although occasionally they may run later. Traffic, weather, and other deliveries can affect the schedule. We appreciate your flexibility!

When should I rent equipment or hire help?

If you’re planning to rent equipment or hire someone to move your materials, we recommend scheduling that work for the day after your delivery.

Because delivery times can vary, this helps ensure your material is there and ready when you need it.

How much material can fit in one truck?

Our largest trucks can carry up to 18 cubic yards per load. Smaller trucks may be used depending on your location, the material ordered, and delivery access.

Larger orders may require multiple deliveries.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

We recommend it, but it’s not required!

Our standard delivery is curbside, meaning we dump the material on the street in front of your property, usually near the curb or edge of your driveway.

If you have specific delivery instructions, please let us know when scheduling.

Can you dump in my driveway or backyard?

Possibly! Our standard delivery is on a level, accessible street, but we understand that some customers would prefer their materials placed closer to where they’ll be used.

Depending on the truck, available space, and ground conditions, our driver may be able to accommodate your request.

Please keep in mind that our trucks are large and heavy. Driving or dumping off the street can cause damage to concrete, asphalt, landscaping, underground utilities, and other property. We cannot accept liability for damage resulting from off-street delivery requests.

Our drivers make the final decision about safe access and placement when they arrive. Please discuss any special requests with us before your delivery.

What if my HOA doesn’t allow street delivery?

Many neighborhoods allow temporary curbside deliveries while materials are actively being moved, but HOA rules vary.

Please check your community’s requirements before ordering. If street delivery is restricted, contact us to discuss possible alternatives.

How do I schedule a delivery?

Text us at 385-999-6657 with your name, delivery address, the material and quantity you’d like, and your preferred delivery date.

Texting is the quickest way to get a quote, ask questions, or schedule a delivery!

How do I pay, and when is payment due?

We can send you a secure payment link to pay by credit card. Cash and checks are also accepted.

Payment is due on the day of delivery. We appreciate prompt payment!

Do you accept returns?

All sales of bulk landscape materials are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once materials have been delivered.

There are significant costs involved in transporting bulk materials to your location. Once a load has been delivered and dumped, it cannot simply be returned without additional equipment, labor, and transportation expenses.

Natural materials also vary in color, texture, size, and composition depending on their source and the time of year. We strongly encourage customers to visit our yard and inspect products in person before ordering. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the product and quantity are appropriate for their project.

We recommend being present to receive your delivery whenever possible.
