All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Customers are responsible for verifying the product and quantity they order. Natural materials, including soil, rock, gravel, and mulch, vary in color, size, texture, and composition depending on their source and season. We strongly recommend inspecting materials in person before purchasing, especially when matching a previous order.
Once materials have been delivered and dumped, they cannot be returned. Transporting bulk materials involves significant equipment, labor, and delivery costs. We recommend being home to receive your delivery.
Photo Accuracy
Website photos are intended to represent our products but cannot guarantee an exact match. Lighting, screen settings, and natural material variations can affect appearance. Please visit our yard to inspect current inventory and take samples before ordering.
Calculating Material
Our material calculators and staff recommendations provide estimates only. Actual quantities depend on measurements, installation depth, ground conditions, and compaction. Even small measurement differences can affect the amount needed. Customers are responsible for determining the appropriate quantity for their project.
Delivery & Property Damage
Our standard delivery is a curbside dump on a level, accessible street. At a customer’s request, our drivers may consider an alternate location, subject to equipment access, ground conditions, and driver approval.
Our trucks are large and heavy. Customers requesting nonstandard delivery placement assume the associated risks, including potential damage to driveways, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, landscaping, and other property. Old Mill Landscape Supply does not accept liability for damage resulting from customer-requested, nonstandard placement, to the extent permitted by law.
Drivers reserve the right to decline any location they consider unsafe or unsuitable. Please discuss special delivery requests before scheduling.
